Justin Rich

Thirteen years ago, Justin Rich was signed as one of Simcoe County’s first OYAP apprentices.  He worked for Joe Wilkie as a General Machinist at Orillia Tool & CNC for his co-op placement.  Justin stayed on with the company after high school and twelve years later, Joe was ready to retire. Justin purchased the company from him and now actively participates in promoting skilled trades to local high school students, in hopes that he can give someone else a chance like he had.  Justin credits OYAP and their partnerships with local employers, with kick-starting his career.
